At Electric Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride; if you are not, you can return your unused scooter within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to provide a seamless return experience so you can find the perfect high-performance model for your sporting needs.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Scooter
Ensure the scooter is clean and safely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and toolkits.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of the box, ensuring the original shipping labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the vehicle to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
