If you aren't completely happy with the softness/hardness of the ride quality from your Dualtron electric scooter then you should consider changing the suspension cartridge for a softer/harder one. Harder suspension is suitable for heavier riders.
Note; replacing this part may require specific tools and technical ability and should only be completed by a competent person. Ensure to consult the warranty policy for your scooter before taking on any repairs yourself
